How many miles can I ride the eBike?
The miles are variable. It depends, of course, on the altitude difference and the level of help you require. On average we could say between 50 km and 100 km.
Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel due to an unforeseen event?
Absolutely. You can be fully reimbursed for bike rental or equipment up to 48 hours in advance.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by calling, emailing or sending us a message on WhatsApp.
Do you pay cash for the reservation?
Yes, you can pay directly on the spot.
Do you offer a bike delivery service?
Bikes for now can be picked up at our booth or at our contracted establishments upon request.
What is included in eBike rental?
The helmet, gel seat cover, under-saddle bag, pump and upon request free chain and first aid medical kit.
Can I carry a passenger on the rental bike?
Absolutely not, for security reasons.
Do you provide a GPS for routes?
We provide all tracks that can be used with users’ personal devices.
Can a company book guided tours?
Definitely yes and we can also organize team building events with guides and different professionals such as sports psychologists, athletic trainers etc.
How can I recharge the bike battery while hiking?
There are several free charging stations in the area or at different commercial establishments.
Do you also offer long-term e-bike rental solutions?
Yes, we can rent bikes for entire weeks as well.
What happens if the rented bike is stolen?
The bike during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter for that we also equip with chain for free.
Is the equipment and bikes insured against theft or damage?

Do I have to leave a security deposit?
No, we require ID card as a guarantee.
Are there any particular traffic rules I need to know?
No, the routes in the surrounding area are mainly on dirt roads, mule tracks or trails. Common sense and respect for the area in which we are located is needed, of course.

We require ID cards only.
